Yes, we are vegan friendly!

Tea Drops are not instant tea. Instant tea is derived from extracting tea from processed leaves, and then drying the concentrate to a powder form by freeze drying. Tea Drops are crafted with real organic tea leaves that are delicately ground. Nothing freeze dried, no extraction process - just delicious genuine tea. That’s why you may notice some tea sediment at the bottom of your cup!

Tea Drops products are free of nuts. They are created on a production line, and in a facility, that does make nut products. The manufacturing line is cleaned and sanitized between productions.

1. Drop a Tea Drop in your cup

2. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water into cup

3. Use a spoon to mix the tea for 5-10 seconds

4. Let the tea sit and dissolve for 30 seconds

 

***Due to the use of genuine tea leaves, some sediment at the bottom is expected, but drinkable (it's actually where the nutrients of the tea lives)!

Tea preferences vary by person, and that’s what makes you unique! If the tea is too strong for your liking, try adding a bit more water. We also love enjoying many black teas "English style" by adding a dash of cream (whether that’s creamer, whole, almond, or soy milk).

 

If the tea is not strong enough for your liking, try reducing the amount of water you mix with your Tea Drop.

All of our Tea Drops selections are USDA certified organic - with one exception - Thai Tea.

 

That means, for example, our Rose Earl Grey is fully organic comprised of organic tea (no chemicals are present in the base soil or while growing the tea plants) & organic and fair- trade sugar. We are constantly working on sourcing all of our teas from organic origins. We also use organic, raw demerara sugar derived from dehydrated cane juice. It retains a bit more of the natural “impurities,” so it’s even a little darker in color.

Fair Trade Certification is a third-party certification process that sets standards for the way tea and coffee is produced and how much a farmer/farming cooperative earns per pound sold. The criteria are*:

 

• Fair prices for farmers and decent working and living conditions for workers

• Direct trade with farmers, bypassing middlemen

• Free association of workers and co-ops, with structures for democratic decision- making

• Access to capital

• Sustainable agricultural practices including restricted use of agrochemicals

 

It means we care about the people that not only grow our tea but their working conditions, and ensuring farmers make a fair profit on the tea they supply.

As a company, we have lessened our carbon footprint and have employees remotely all over the United States.

Our products are located in fabulous stores everywhere! You can check out our Store Locator to find a shop near you. If that's not convenient, you can always order directly through our website from the comfort of your home 24/7! 

If you have set up a Tea Drops account, you just need to log in and you'll find all of your tracking and order information at your fingertips.

 

If you try logging in and our system cannot find you, or shows your email and password combination are incorrect, you may not have created an account. We do not require accounts to place orders, only an email address so we can update you as your order moves through our system.

Shipping is free in the USA for purchases over $45 (after discounts and coupons are applied), so load up! All orders shipped domestically under $45 cost a flat rate of $4.95.

We stand behind our products with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. Tea Drops are a perishable food item, and unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any of our products due to health code regulations.

 

If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong order, please reach out to us here within 30 days of purchase. If you do not receive your order due to incorrect info entered when the order was created, please note that we will not be able to replace your shipment.

Shipping one or more items to multiple shipping addresses is easy - and the perfect way to send gifts to your loved ones!

 

Before you start the process to split your order please note: Do NOT click the back button at any time. Doing so will default ALL the items in your order to ship to the first address you entered. Customers are responsible for reviewing order information is correct before completing their checkout, and we will not be able to reship items in a split order that were sent incorrectly to one person.

 

1. When you are done adding items to your cart, head to checkout and you'll see a button:  "Ship to Multiple Addresses". Click there.

2. You’ll be taken to a page where all your items will be listed. Here you select the item quantity, and enter shipping addresses to split your order.

3. Click “Continue”.

4. If desired, add a personalized message to each recipient by entering the note in the space underneath each recipient’s shipping address. 

5. Click "checkout", and you’re done! You may receive an email showing your original order is canceled. This is simply your receipt for the full purchase. Each individual shipment is created with a new order number, and unique tracking numbers will be sent for each order. 

 

Please note this experience will not work on orders with subscription items. If you want to order a subscription item and ship to multiple addresses, you will need to complete 2 separate orders - One with the subscription item only, and another shipping to multiple addresses. 

We ship using USPS to as many locations possible! Effective July 25, 2022, until further notice USPS system WILL NOT be shipping orders to the following countries:

 

Afghanistan, Belarus. Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

 

There are also be suspensions of guaranteed delivery dates leading to longer than normal shipping times. Please check with USPS for the most up to date info.

Almost every Tea Drop is Gluten-free and Kosher (certified by KOF - K)! The one exception is our Thai Tea which traditiaonally has coloring included.

Yes, Tea Drops are perfectly safe, and even helpful to drink during pregnancy, but always consult with your doctor if you have any concerns. We recommend our caffeine-free varieties during pregnancy like Sweet Peppermint, Citrus Ginger, and Turmeric. You can find them all right here!

Yes! You can purchase Tea Drops on our website to be sent internationally using USPS International. We try to keep shipping costs as economical as possible and cost is based on order weight and distance. Fill up your cart, and start the checkout process to get a personalized shipping cost for your order!

Subscriptions

Click on "Manage my Subscription" on the left side menu. Click on the "Next Charge Date" and select the date on the calendar when you want your next subscription to ship.

You will now see the list of active subscriptions you have. Choose the correct subscription, and click on the “Edit” button.

You can also add a product as a one-time purchase to your next subscription by clicking on the “Edit” button and selecting “Add one time” on the product you wish to add to your next box.

You will now see the list of active subscriptions you have. Click on the “Edit” button.

Click on “Skip Shipment” and follow the steps.

Brand Ambassador Program

Tea Drops are made of genuine fine tea leaves (and not instant tea), so you will notice some sediment at the bottom of your cup, much like when you make french press coffee. The leaves are completely safe to drink and rich in nutrients. In fact, in a lot of Asian cultures tea drinkers consume tea leaves as part of the tea experience. If you prefer to avoid the sediment, feel free to set aside the last sip.

As our most valued Tea Drops fans, Brand Ambassadors earn points by engaging with our community through various activities, which distinguishes them from our regular customers. Unlike loyalty members, who collect points only through purchases, Ambassadors earn rewards by completing a variety of tasks that engage our social media following. Our Brand Ambassador program is for our community members who would like to elevate their status and become representatives of our brand. Please note that the points for our loyalty program are separate from points in our Brand Ambassador program, and they may not be combined. 

Yes! All Tea Drops Brand Ambassadors must be 18 years of age or older. We require that you have a public Instagram profile with at least 200 followers, and a Facebook account with 200 friends or more. Lastly, we ask that you try Tea Drops products before applying, as we believe those who love our teas are best positioned to represent our brand to their own communities. Please email us if you have additional questions.

Due to the limited capacity of our program, we only accept those who are qualified to excel as a Brand Ambassador at that point in time. As a result, we may deny your application if you do not meet the requirements, or if we pause acceptances to the program temporarily. We strongly encourage you to re-apply to Tea Drops’ Brand Ambassador program once 30 days have passed from your initial application decision. Please email us if you have additional questions.

If accepted, you will immediately receive information about how to access our private portal exclusively for Brand Ambassadors. You will set up a profile so we can track your activities, which are available through the Brand Ambassador portal. As soon as you are set up, you can announce your ambassadorship to your followers and start accumulating points for Tea Drops rewards!

All Brand Ambassadors gain access to our private Facebook group with our most valued community members. You will receive a personal discount code and referral link to share with followers, allowing you to earn points for each purchase made with your discount code. Additionally, your elevated status as a Brand Ambassador provides you with special rewards and free Tea Drops gifts not found in our loyalty program. You will be the first in our community to learn of and try any new products we launch on our site.

There are many different activities you can complete, and we regularly rotate them to give you new and exciting ways to accumulate points. Activities vary depending on the specific campaigns we want to promote and include, but are not limited to, being active on Instagram, circulating our Tea Drops posts and stories, and shopping Tea Drops in local grocery stores. You must complete at least five preapproved activities every month. If you do not meet this minimum requirement for two consecutive months, we may ask you to leave the program.

As a Brand Ambassador, you automatically receive a 20% discount code to share with your followers. Anyone who sees your posts can use this personal code while purchasing on our site. You do not have to send your discount code to one specific individual, and any person may use your code - even if it is not their first purchase from our site. We recommend that you include the code on your profile wherever appropriate, but you are not allowed to post the code on public coupon sites. We do not provide our Brand Ambassadors with cash for each purchase -  you do receive a percentage of the person's order total in points.

You will keep your status in our 3-tiered loyalty program! For every purchase you make through our site, you earn points that can be redeemed in our loyalty club. However, as a Brand Ambassador, you also receive more valuable Tea Drops gifts that loyalty members cannot access. Please note that while you can add loyalty rewards to your shopping cart and use a Brand Ambassador discount code, you are not able to stack a loyalty code on top of a Brand Ambassador code.

The Sipper Club

The Sipper Club is Tea Drops new loyalty program. We've revamped it to show you how much we appreciate you as a customer and to thank you for your support! We've added new rewards you'll love.You will earn points every time you shop with us and can redeem points for discounts or free product! 

There are a total of 3 tiers, starting with "feelin' good", and moving up to "Cloud 9". To unlock a new level, all you need to do is earn points and refer friends.

Anyone is welcome to join the Sipper Club, and the process is so easy! All you have to do is create an account, and you will be officially enrolled in our rewards program. Welcome aboard!

If you already have an account with us, you don't need to do anything! You are already a member and will automatically have access to your loyalty profile once you log in to your account.

To access your Rewards you’ll need to login to our Rewards page, or directly into your account by clicking here, and then viewing the Rewards menu located on the left side of the page.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date a purchase is made. Each qualifying purchase will extend the expiration date of all unused points for 12 months from the month you made the qualifying purchase. If you don’t make any qualifying purchase within a 12-month period, all of the points in your account will expire. 

There are so many ways! You earn points with every purchase you make at www.myteadrop.com, for writing a review, sharing Tea Drops on Facebook, or signing up for a subscription. You can check out the full list of ways on the "Ways to Earn" section of The Sipper Club Rewards page.

Points can be redeemed in two different ways. For both, you’ll need to be logged into your account:

 

You can redeem points directly at checkout for products or discounts. When you have enough points for a discount or product redemption, you'll have to log in to your account, add your fave Tea Drops to your cart, click on "You have x points" at checkout, and select a discount or product redemption from the dropdown menu. 

 

You can also redeem points directly from our Rewards page. Login, scroll to the "How To Redeem" section, and click the "Redeem" button to redeem your chosen reward. Next, copy the code displayed and paste it in at checkout to apply successfully.

Higher tiers earn points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $5.

 

If you're in the feelin’ good tier, you will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. If you spend $150, you'll earn 150 points = $7.50.

When you move up to you’re golden, you will be earning points 1.25x for every dollar spent.  Spending $150 will earn 187 points = $9.3.

Cloud 9 will earn 1.5x points on every dollar netting $11.50 on a $150 purchase.

To view your point balance, click on the “Join Now” or “Log In” button on The Sipper Club page and enter your information. Your point balance will populate on that page, and you will see:  “Hi! You have x points".  If you have already signed up for the loyalty program, you can also check your point balance by logging into your account.

We're sorry, but it is not possible to transfer points to someone else's account, or combine points if you have them on multiple different email addresses. 

If you were already part of our previous loyalty program, had points and made a qualifying purchase in the past 12 months before launching our new program on April 27, 2022 we automatically transferred your points to our new program. Please note that points were calculated differently on our previous program, so the point balance may not match what you previously had, but your redemption options with the new program are better!

 

If you weren’t part of our previous loyalty program, you will start earning points the moment you join the program.

No worries, they are still on the way! Your birthday points will show up in your birth month, and not necessarily on your special day! Happy birthday!

About 14 days after making an online purchase at Tea Drops you will receive a review request by email. Simply write a product review, and submit a picture or video with the review (for extra points), and the points will show in your account within 48 hours. 

Unfortunately not. Points can only be redeemed at www.myteadrop.com

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! There may be a delay, but points should be in your account in less than 48 hours. If you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

 

  • Refresh your browser.
  • Log out and then back into your account.
  • Check your ‘Rewards history’ to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is inaccurate you can click this link to visit our Self Service Portal to reach us, and we will get you some answers!

The Sipper Club is divided into three different tiers: feelin’ good, you’re golden, and Cloud 9, and tier status is based on a rolling year period. This means that a twelve-month timer is activated once you enter a tier. 

 

Tier levels are based on your yearly purchases. If you don’t spend enough on www.myteadrop.com to maintain your current tier you would move down to the eligible tier 12 months from the date you entered. For example, if you are in the “you’re golden” tier ($200-$499 spend) and you enter that tier on March 1st, 2022, you have until March 1st, 2023 to spend that amount, or your tier will reset to “feelin’ good”.

No worries! You can click on the "forgot your password" link to reset your password and follow the steps to access your account. If you still have issues, you can click this link to visit our Self Service Portal and leave us a message. We're happy to help.

As a Cloud 9 member, your free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the US.

In order to receive referral awards, your referred friends must be a first-time customer. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box found on your personal rewards page, or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. 

 

Points or coupons will be added to your account within 48 hours after your friend completes their first purchase on our website. We will send an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code, and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
